What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our premade and customized leather goods, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
First, thank you for your order! We will work quickly to produce and ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location and typically arrive within one-two weeks from purchase date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Where are your journals made?
Our Journals are handmade and produced by myself, Briana, located in San Diego, CA. I carefully select our leathers from Italy to Brazil to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
